My message this morning is called Creation Begins with me!
What do I mean by this? Creation Begins with me. What I mean is that the creation of anything begins within you; before you can become aware of it on the outside.
It begins in your mind as a thought.

Ernest Holmes says...Thought is an inner movement, which is largely the result of one's perception of life and their reaction to it. Every time this movement takes place, it takes place within Mind.

This is such an incredible power we have! We have the ability to shape our world and experiences based on the content of our thought and self talk.

We shape our lives by what we think and we bring it into existence by what we say.

Our thinking and speaking should be positive no matter what the environment appears to be. We need to hold positive thoughts not just about ourselves but about others too.

The Subconscious mind does not know the difference between you and that person or thing you are talking about, it only knows that you are thinking and begins to do its part to create.

We need to be able to be as Jesus said...”be in the world but not of it”
You see positive thoughts and positive feelings; spoken and felt powerfully can open doors of opportunity for you.

For example: I am healthy is a stronger feeling than I will be healthy. To feel I will be anything is to confess that I am not that thing now.

I am ...is always stronger than I am not.

What you feel you are always dominates what you feel you would like to be; therefore to be realized, the wish must be felt as “a state that is.”
What is a state that Is? It is a knowing that the thing you desire number one is doable. Do you know it is doable this morning? How many of you really know that the thing you desire is doable? That God Can do it, You can Have it.

Can you stretch that to believing that it is actually already done? That the answer to whatever it is you are asking for is already an undeniable YES!

The truth is that whatever it is you are seeking, you already are that thing.
Creation begins within!
Be vigilante about the thoughts you are thinking! Be aware of the thoughts you are entertaining.
Thoughts might come to your mind but you are not forced to think them.
Someone may be offering you a thought, an idea or some gossip, you don't
have to accept it.

It can't become a part of you unless you let it in.

I heard Rev. Mary Tumpkin say: A thought can be like a stranger that comes to your door, you don't have to let them in.
If someone looking menacing came to your door brandishing a weapon, you have a choice to open the door and find out what destruction or harm they can do or you can say NO! You don't have to let them in!
The choice is yours! It always has been and it always will be!
Creation begins within, so what do you want to create?
What do you want to experience?
I keep asking these questions because I want to keep you in the conversation, I want to encourage you maintain the consciousness, the words, the feelings that are resplendent of the things, the environment, the life you desire.
Jesus said you are the light of the world.

Do you realize that no matter how dark it is, light can dispel darkness. Darkness does not overwhelm light, if somebody is being the light, even a match or a small candle can make a difference in a dark room

Creation begins within! You have a choice today as always! What do you wish to create?

Tonya Pinkins says in her book “Get Over Yourself” What have you been putting effort into without getting results?

Shift your attention to what it is like to have what you desire. Don't worry about when, where, why or how. Just know that it is inevitable. All that we are and all that we do returns to us.

You want a life that you can be grateful for and excited about? Then be grateful and excited about life!

Signs precede; they do not follow.

Your consciousness is the sign. When you cultivate a consciousness of love first, the outward form of love will show up in response to it. When you cultivate a consciousness of gratitude, a form of something to be grateful for will show up for you. When you form a consciousness of wealth now, the form of wealth must follow.

When Noah's ark had been at sea for 40 days and nights, Noah sent the dove in search of land. At first the dove came back with nothing, but on the next trip it brought back the olive leaf. The olive leaf was the sign that dry land was near.

Form follows consciousness.
If you develop the consciousness first, the form will manifest itself in your life. Noah didn't wait until he saw land. He sent the bird out because his consciousness had created the space for land.

When you can hold the vision of what you desire, no matter what the appearance of your life is, that vision must materialize.

The law of demonstration says that Thoughts held in mind must produce after their kind.
I remember I wanted a bigger home. At the time Mark, our cat Bandit and I were living in a very small one bedroom apartment.

We didn't have any more money for a bigger place, but I had the idea in my mind that I wanted a bigger space.
I was telling my minister at the time about it and she asked me what would be some of the things I would do differently if I lived in this new space.

The first thing I could think of was that I would buy new towels. I wanted respectable towels since we would have room for guests and more space to display them.

She said well I guess you better go shopping for some towels.
I laughed and I did it! I went out and got a bunch of new towels.

And I left them in the bag and shoved them under the bed for when we would get our new place.

Nothing happened. I had the towels, but I didn't have them out. Do you see how I was still saying no to my desire? ......My actions of keeping the towels in bags and under the bed was an obvious block to my good coming in.

I was clear that in my new space these towels would be out on display.

As soon as I realized the difference in how I was being vs what I wanted, I drug my bag of towels out, I picked out a few, I put them up and Mark and I began using them.

That was a bold YES, I am ready because ....

I don't know how much time passed, but my Mother called me and asked if Mark and I would do her a favor and move into a 3 bedroom unit she had available. We didn't even have to go out looking.

I told her how much we were paying for rent at the time and she said we could have the place for the same price.

When you shift your consciousness, you create space for something new to present itself.
What are you thinking?
Your future experiences begin in your mind!
Refuse to think a thought or have a conversation about anything you do not want to experience in your life!
Be vigilante about the thoughts and conversations you do decide to entertain.
Focus on all the good that God has done for you and through you in your life; remember you are the light of the world, 'Shine your light...

Creation begins with in you!
Create something wonderful!
